James Toseland finished at 13th in Jerez MotoGP race last Sunday. Sure it was pretty bad. Now Toseland's boss, Herve Poncharal demands that Toseland must improve in qualifying. Indeed, the start of the race is crucial that he must work on his qualifying performance with his Monster Yamaha Tech 3 Team.
